Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

Food supplements are products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. Therefore, products whose packaging, seal or protective tape has been opened cannot be returned. Unopened products in resaleable condition can be returned.

Return process

1. Send your return request with your order number to info@alilashop.com.tr or call 0 507 437 47 62.
2. Send the product with its invoice using the courier and code we provide.
3. Once the product reaches us and is checked, the refund is made to the card you paid with within 14 days at the latest.

For defective or incorrectly shipped products, the shipping cost is covered by us.
